Benefits of the internal grooving system include:

Internal screw-clamp toolholder facilitates chip evacuation.

GER-M type insert with a 3-D molded chipbreaker provides cost-effective chip control.

The GER-A type insert features an 8-mm minimum cutting diameter the offers a two-edge design.

And, the PR1025 PVD coated carbide material provides stable machining and long tool life.

The system is available in Cermet and other coated-carbide grades.
