Single and dual-axis collet indexers from Troyke Manufacuring Co., Cincinnati, incorporate pneumatic collet closers with up to four spindles and 0-rpm to 50-rpm speed range. They work with all standard servomotors and come with stand-alone programmable controllers actuated by M functions, or with fourth and fifth axes of machine control. These indexers are compatible with vertical machining centers and knee mills.

The 3C-collet indexer has a 36-to-1 gear ratio, 0.5-in. collet capacity and a tapered nose for working on small parts. The 5C-collet indexer has a gear ratio of 60-to-1, 0.0625-in. collet capacity and a threaded spindle nose for mounting optional workholding components. The 16C-collet indexer is for machining parts up to 1.625 in. in diameter and has a 60-to-1 gear ratio, internal pneumatic clamping and an A2-5 spindle nose for mounting workholding components. www.troyke.com
