Peps SolidCut software handles component and assembly data from SolidWorks and generates complex multi-axis toolpaths.

Peps SolidCut suite of CAD/CAM software comes with free Design Integrators that handle component and assembly data from SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and Autodesk solid-models design solutions. Shipped at no extra cost with new Peps licenses, Design Integrators joins Camtek's list of other freebies, including Parasolid x_t, DXF/DWG, and IGES tools.

"SolidCut is excellent for quickly getting toolpaths onto solid data across our applications," comments Terry Antrobus, director of sales and marketing at Camtek. "I don't believe there is an easier way, for example, of generating complex multi-axis laser toolpaths for 3D and tube components. In many situations, our 3D-machining systems reduce the application of a toolpath to practically one mouse click." Peps version 5.3 supports 2D/3D milling, turning, wire EDM, and multi-axis and tube-cutting applications.
