Centrifugal pumps for oil-and-gas operations, over five years

ITT’s Goulds Pumps has secured an important contract with Shell Global Solutions to supply a variety of centrifugal pumps to Shell operations worldwide. The value of the agreement was not estimated, but it is based on an enterprise framework agreement over five years – with an option to renew for an additional five years. The agreement covers development of common specifications for the products to be supplied (all within American Petroleum Institute standards), terms, conditions, and pricing.

“The agreement with Shell is another significant milestone in ITT’s strategic focus and commitment to support the oil and gas sector with world-class pumps and systems throughout the total life cycle of the equipment,” stated Robert Pagano Jr., president of ITT’s Industrial Process business.

Goulds Pumps is brand of the ITT Industrial Process business, which develops and supplies pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems to oil and gas, mining, chemical, power generation, biopharmaceutical, and general industrial markets. It also offers water treatment and aftermarket services.

“Oil and gas is now the largest segment of our Industrial Process business, and we are proud to be able to support our customers with solutions engineered to their needs,” Pagano added. “Our services do not stop at installation. We also provide a comprehensive range of aftermarket services to support our customers’ operations anywhere in the world.”
