Veridiam, a provider of machined components and custom metal tubing specialist, has acquired Advanced EDM Automation Inc., a supplier of precision metal fabrication and electrical discharge machining (EDM) capabilities.
Both companies are integrating their operations, networks and customer care organizations to provide immediate precision metal tube and EDM/CNC machining capabilities to customers.
Veridiam (www.veridiam.com), formerly known as Carpenter Special Products Corp., specializes in welded and drawn tubing, metal and tubular components, and assemblies specifically fabricated to customer requirements. Advanced EDM Automation does all types of EDM, multi-axis CNC machining, CNC turning, automated systems and miniature manufacturing.
