Ingersoll-Rand Ltd., a diversified industrial company, has purchased the assets of privately owned Zeks Compressed Air Solutions, a North American provider of compressed-air-treatment equipment. Terms were not disclosed.
Ingersoll-Rand extends its portfolio of compressed-air technologies and bolsters its distribution network for the full line of Ingersoll-Rand compressed-air products and services with the addition of Zeks.
Zeks products include air dryers, filters and system controllers for maximizing compressed-air-system productivity and reliability. The company is based in West Chester, Pa.
