Titex and Prototyp cutting-tool product areas within Sandvik Tooling, Sandviken, Sweden, are combined into one organization. Each brand exists within the new product area headed by Mats Christenson, current president of Prototyp.

The new organization offers cutting tools such as drills, taps, and endmills in solid carbide or high-speed steel for the aerospace, automotive, and mechanical-engineering industries.
