The SV-200 vertical honing system features a toolstroking system that executes consistent crosshatch patterns throughout the hole I.D.s for control and higher accuracy in size and finish. The machine stays in any part of the hole and selectively removes material for straight, precise bores. It uses a Windows-based control system with drop-down menus and 3-axis handwheel control to fine tune vertical stroke and honing-tool-feed positions.
