Portable Model #315 pump/separators remove tramp oil and floating chips from coolant for up to 10 machine tool sumps, some as large as 400 gallon. These separators use permanent-oil separation elements plus high-capacity bag filters for removing solids as fine as 5 µ. Pump-recirculation rate is 180 gallon/hr.

When cleaning several sumps, these units connect to machines via one hose connection and a ¹ /4-in. compressed air line.
