ArcWorld V-6300 robotic workcells process medium --to-large parts via three overheadmounted, six-axis EA1400N Expert Arc welding robots. These robots handle 6.6-lb (3-kg) payloads and have 54.6-in. (1,388-mm) horizontal reaches with repeatabilities of ±0.003 in. (±0.08 mm). They are controlled by an NX100 robot controller capable of overseeing up to four robots (36 axes of motion). Part positioning is done by two stations (robot and operator) simultaneously.
