The Direct Machining and Control (DMAC) system operates cutting machines and robots from CAD/CAM software. The PC-based open-architecture control incorporates digital and analog drive interfaces, high-speed NURBS interpolation, advanced motion planning, and multi-axis force control. The system also manages unlimited motion axes and I/O. It comes in two configurations.
