The 5AX-350W A21PW rotary table sports Lyndex-Nikken's special carbide worm system for high-speed rotation in five-sided machining. A carbide worm screw and ion-nitrided worm wheel replace conventional bronze or bronze-alloy actuation mechanisms for less friction and wear. This lets the table rotate at 22.2 rpm with tilt-axis rotation up to 16.6 rpm. The table also features a drop trunnion.
