The MT1500SZ multi-axis turning center produces small and complex workpieces, which need machining on all sides, as well as those that involve turning. It has a 15.7-in. maximum-turning diameter and 36.2-in. maximum length. The MT1500SZ's standard 12,000-rpm tool spindle positions over a range of ±120° using the B axis and moves ±2.8 in. in the Y-axis plane. The machine also has a subspindle for automatically transferring parts between spindles.
