As a variation of the Area milling/boring machine with traveling column, the Evolution (EV) provides up to 3,500 mm of vertical travel and 1,500 mm of ram cross travel. Feeds are 25.00 mm/min, and modular longitudinal travel begins at 6,000 mm. Interchangeable milling rotary heads, spindle extensions, and special heads are available for customizing. The EV uses a TUPCG head, a continuous-positioning universal head. Optional rotary tables measuring 3,000 3 3,500 mm handle 70-ton loads.
