RF 16 and RT 16 models of highpressure coolant systems from MP Systems offer shops an upgraded 16-gpm capability. Each model incorporates duplex diaphragm pump units that deliver 8 gpm, an ideal setup for turret lathes.

The duplex pumps can be run together (RF 16) to deliver a single 16-gpm output or separately (RT 16) for twin 8-gpm outputs. This function prevents spikes when one turret is running and the other is switching off in twin-turret machine operations.

Diaphragm pumps contain no sliding seals to wear out, delivering leak-free operation and exceptionally long life. In most instances, regular rebuilds required by plunger pumps are unnecessary.
