Rego-Fix

Rego-Fix (www.rego-fix.com) has introduced the ER Coolant Flush Disk for users without coolant-through tools. Equipped with a long nose that acts as a directional spray nozzle, the Swiss-quality flush disks are able to direct coolant down the shaft to the cutting tip of an endmill for extended tool life, efficient chip removal and improved results.

The disks are compatible with all Rego-Fix collets and coolant nuts, and can be interchanged with sealing disks according to the required tool shank diameter. Flush disks are available in standard and metric sizes, ranging in diameter from 0.125 in. to 0.75 in. and 3.0 mm to 20.0 mm.
