) has appointed Sean Holt to the position of industry specialist for aerospace engines. He will provide support to key aerospace customers in the United States, help to increase productivity and coordinate projects. He will also identify, analyze and drive market requirements, as well as develop a network for delivering effective solutions for the aerospace industry.

Additionally, Sandvik Coromant named Chris Mills project manager of aerospace development. In his new role, Mills will lead a team of specialists in the implementation of the Sandvik Coromant Aerospace Application Center in North America.

New head of milling at AgieCharmilles

GF AgieCharmilles has appointed York Franke to the newly created role of head of milling. In addition to developing Agie Charmilles’ milling business, Franke will work with sales and customer support channels. He also will be charged with providing direction for turnkey and automation projects, as well as the efficient and successful completion of test cuts and demonstrations.
