Rollomatic’s ProfileSmart 6-axis CNC wheel dressing machine will automatically stop once a preprogrammed wheel profile is completed for unattended operation. The machine is controlled by an automatic dressing wheel wear-monitoring system and is designed to free operators to attend to other work. The ProfileSmart machine also automatically maintains a constant surface speed for both its dressing wheel and the diamond/CBN or other types of wheels that are to be dressed.
