Even considering all the penetrating oils on the market today, I find that nothing works better than Bees Wax on broken, rusted, green Loctited or otherwise stuck fasteners. Also, when possible, I heat the parts up and melt the Bees Wax into the stuck fastener for even better results. I got this valuable tip from a now-deceased millwright/machinist named Johny Day of Colville, Wash., back in the early 80s.
