Integrated automatic mechanical clamping of HSK spindles for Speroni Models STP-34, STP-35 and Esperia tool presetters is available from Big Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. (www.bigkaiser.com). The system applies a tool-clamping force of 440 lb to seat HSK tooling into the tool presetter spindle similarly to the way it is drawn into a machine tool spindle. The integral spindle design can accommodate tooling in dedicated sizes of HSK 25 up to HSK 80. The spindles are field retrofittable to all Speroni tool presetters.
