Adjustable chamfering insert holders from Big Kaiser (www.bigkaiser.com) accept ISO standard SC inserts and allow infinite insert-pocket adjustment between 15° and 75°. The holders have 15° graduations for quick reference, and intermediate angles are set with tool presetters.

Used on Kaiser TW boring heads, the holders are designed for chamfering light, semi-finish boring applications in which special lead angles are required. The boring-diameter range at any angle for these holders is from 2.28 in. to 8.07 in. Special boring-diameter ranges for specific angle applications are available.
