Valenite LLC Modco padded/indexable-style (PI) reamers feature a clamping configuration that keeps their locking screws out of chip slots to minimize marring work surfaces or damaging tools by restricting chip evacuation. PI reamers finish 5.9 to 60.50-mm holes and 7.875 to 60.50 mm for blind hole applications. Their constructions allow lengths up to 10 times their diameters for deep holes and deliver H6 tolerance grades for surface finishes as low as 0.25 Ra.
